In a significant diplomatic outreach, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a tri-nation tour from June 15 to 18, 2025, covering Cyprus, Canada, and Croatia. This high-level visit underscores India’s growing global influence and commitment to strengthening strategic, economic, and political ties across Europe and North America.

Historic Visit to Cyprus: 15–16 June 2025

At the invitation of H.E. Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus, PM Modi will arrive in Nicosia on June 15 for an official visit - the first by an Indian Prime Minister to Cyprus in over two decades. The visit aims to reaffirm the traditionally strong Indo-Cypriot relationship.

Energy security

Technological innovation

The AI–Energy nexus

Quantum technologies

In addition to participating in high-level sessions, PM Modi will hold bilateral meetings with fellow world leaders and heads of international organizations, reinforcing India’s leadership in global governance.

First-Ever Visit to Croatia: 18 June 2025
